Rose Petroleum – your RNS share issue statements are a farce & contain blatant lies

On 11 April Rose Petroleum (ROSE) announced that Mr Robert Bensh was buying £275,000 of shares in the company at 1.1p to take a 14% stake and would become chairman with immediate effect. Er….

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Mirriad needs to fess up, Debenhams does not discount what lies ahead

I cover WH Ireland (WHI) and the crisis engulfing the small cap world in a serperate bearcast HERE but touch on its downfall in the main bearcast. I look at Mirriad (MIRI) which needs to fess up as to how much cash has not yet been spunked, Rose Petroleum (ROSE) and insolvent Cabot (CAB) and the panic sells created by the demise of City Financial Investments, the bid for Independent Oil & Gas (IOG) and at Debenhams (DEB) where the worst is yet to come. If you enjoyed this bearcast, follow Jim Mellon and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.

Tom Winnnifrith Bearcast: Purplebricks, the hard numbers - this just does not stack up at all!

I start off with a cheque received for 29p. Then as we see the Purplebricks (PURP) share price start to melt I look at hard maths and explain why the shares will collapse from here. I look at the Rose Petroleum (ROSE) placing, misleading comments from worthless crap Strat Aero (AERO), dismal interims from shamed lifestyle company Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) and then at Intelligent Energy (IEH) which looks like a zero in waiting.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Amur can't you folks read what is in black and white?

Sitting here with my father in Shipston I start with what is my favourite joke from Frazier. Then it is onto the next joke, that is the news from FastForward (FFWD) one of the many joke investment companies linked to my old friend the offshore-based asset stripper Jim Mellon. Then it is onto Amur (AMC) which is so obviously placing ahoy and where the market cap is almost as much of a joke as a FastForward RNS. Then I turn to Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG) and the idea of risk reward before having a butchers at Rose Petroleum (ROSE) where even Stevie Wonder could see that it is placing ahoy. There may be a second bearcast on Nyota (NYO) where it seems there is a mega scandal emerging. Watch this space!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - The Trade of the week was to buy Telit, this is insanity

The trade of the week was to buy shares in AIM listed fraud du jour Telit Communications (TCM) at 105p. I discuss why this is not a sensible strategy although it paid off last week and when it will end in tears. The podcast also covers Rose Petroleum (ROSE) the sort of utter crap that is all too common on the AIM Casino. I look at where Rose is heading and it is more compost bin than walled garden. Warning this barcast contains some bad language.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Pricks who cant check facts report me to the FCA again

I am almost getting bored of this but to see poltroons get all their facts wrong and delight in their own stupidity gives me a vague feeling of superiority. Meanwhile I explain the latest farce that is entertaining various morons on twitter. I then look at Xtract Resources (XTR) and also, in detail, Rose Petroleum (ROSE).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - its all about cash & shagging Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders

It seems that Dallas Cowboys News likes my tweets on the matter of its cheerleaders so I talk about them again. Then I move on to ECR Minerals (ECR), Servision (SEV) and the spivs at Belfort Securities, Gulf Keystone (GKP), Rose Petroleum (ROSE), Clarkson (CKSN), XCite Energy (XEL) and TrakM8 (TRAK)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Bullshitting Finals - Rose vs Linney vs Brokerman Dan vs Golden Saint

Today's Bearcast contains bad language. Brokerman Dan Levi is not the only four letter word used. In it I cover Avocet Mining (AVM) and Waz Shakoor, Rose Petroloeum (ROSE), Outsourcery (OUT), Golden Saint Resources (GSR), Wishbone Gold (WSBN) and bullshitting by Brokerman Dan, New World Resources (BWR), African Potash (AFPO), the china fraud Jiasen (JSI), Blenheim (BNR) and Andalas (ADL) and bullshitting by Flip Flop Ben Turney, Big Gib and other rampers. As ever they are talking cock.

Postscript: I now have Wishbone Gold on the record. No placing is underway. It looks like the bank robber wins today's bullshitting contest.

Tom Winnifrith late Bearcast: Blame Bill frigging Gates, bloody Walsall, Bodie, Doyle & Cowley

This bearcast and your newsletter are late for a range of reasons including my sickness; taking the Mrs to start a 3 AM journey to fill impressionable young minds in Finland with lefty nonsense; dealing with Bill Bloody Gates; morons from the Walsall Shit Hole and also Bodie, Doyle & Cowley, The Professionals. In the podcast itself I cover Watchstone (WTG), Rosslyn Data (RDT), Fitbug (FITB), Rose Petroleum (ROSE), SeaEnergy (SEA), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and in great detail LGO Energy (LGO). I urge you to read the piece today on SP Angel. Read it carefully my friends!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 14 April: Dancing on the graves of Ruspetro & Gulf Keystone

Lucian will be here soon so I thought Id better record ahead of our trip to the Conservative Club with its tempting cheap beer. On the agenda I fail to mention that Finncap are complete and utter bastards but they are. I do, however, cover Ruspetro (RPO), Gulf Keystone (GKP), SeaEnergy (SEA), Rose Petroleum (ROSE), Sierra Rutile (SRX), Burberry (BRBY), Mothercare (MTC), a couple of Paul Scott jokes - please do not tell me he has any friends in the Mothercare management community that he thinks I may be offending - as well as a word or two on Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 3rd February - Deltex dont give me that working capital crap

I start with today's placing news from Deltex Medical (DEMG). I do not reckon that this will be its last placing and its language stinks at every level. The money will be used for "working capital". Bollocks. It means to "fund our ongoing fucking losses". And there is more. Yes this is a bad language special. And if you are a Guardian reading loser who thinks the NHS is cash starved you will also be offended.  I also look at Petro Matad (MATD), Petroceltic (PCI), Rose Petroleum (ROSE) and once again push Wandisco (WAND) for a statement. Is there a "strategic review" yet? How close are you to tits up time?

Rose Petroleum - when's the placing?

Rose Petroleum (ROSE) must by now be pretty close to running out of money and as such the only two questions are: when does it plan a deeply discounted placing and can it get one away at all? Either way it looks grim for its long suffering shareholders.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 9 December - Condor Gold & Rose Petroleum are delusional

The pain killers are really starting to kick in and so I must warn you that this podcast contains some bad language. Well quite a lot of bad language actually. On the agenda are the delusional fantasists who are running both Rose Petroleum (ROSE) and Condor Gold (CNR) into the ground. There is an apology on LGO Energy (LGO) but its shares, down again today, are still toast - I discuss what a strategic review means and why Bulletin Board morons are just so blinkered...they are in love you see. Then it is onto Iofina (IOF), Quoram (QRM) and the dog Fitbug (FITB)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 19 May - another snake encountered and snakes telling lies on AIM

Yes, this time it was at the Greek Hovel less than 15 yards from the building. And I was just 3 or 4 foot away. Cripes. I really do not like snakes which brings me on to Philip Crawford on Lombard Risk and Nomad Charles Stanley which today signed off on an OUTRIGHT LIE of an RNS penned by Crawford. I have a 14 year old score to settle with the tosser Crawford and so accuse him of lying to investors today. Is that not against AIM rules? Elsewhere I look at Tungsten, Plus 500, Sefton, Coms and Rose Petroleum which are all sells. Events at Rose have moved fast since the bearcast vindicating me (see HERE)

Exclusive: Rose Petroleum Placing closed last night - as predicted at 0.3p

Last week I forced a statement out of Rose Petroleum (ROSE) after stating HERE that it was seeking to raise £3 million at 0.3p - the shares were then 0.6p. Rose, pathetically, said that it was looking to raise £3-5 million but denied that any price had been set. Well Gotcha fellows.

Time for another rushed statement methinks from the AIM Casino listed dog.  The shares

Tom Winnifrith BearCast - 18 May

Naturally I start this podcast with my big news - last night's encounter with a snake: did I kill it. You can read about that HERE. Next up is a detailed look at today's news from Environmental Recycling (ENRT), formerly 3DM, then onto Tomco, Rose Petroleum, Tungsten, Blinkx, Sefton and Solgold. And then for some folks out there - including Chris Oil - I explain what constitutes market abuse and/or insider dealing and what the FCA should do about what is NOT a victimless crime.

Exclusive: Rose Petroleum looking to raise 3 million quid at 0.3p - the disaster story continues

Four bullish announcements since the start of March have not steadied the share price of Rose Petroleum (ROSE). The stock was at 4p less than nine months ago, well over 3 million quid was raised at 1.75p in December 2014 but desopite the PR puffery the shares are now just 0.6p to sell. But worse is to come for the company which is now valued (if not worth) 9.44 million pounds.
